Positions

We are always looking for highly motivated graduate and undergraduate research assistants with a background in mechanics of materials and/or computational modeling. If you are interested, please email your up-to-date resume to Dr. Jun Li (jun.li@umassd.edu).

Funded opening: Currently we have a funded MS/PhD position to start in Spring or Fall 2020. Topics of interest include modeling 3D printed materials and data-driven methods. Students with a background in mechanics, materials science, physics, or mathematics are welcome to apply. Prior experience in applied mechanics, programming, and/or finite element analysis are preferred but not required.

Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV (including GPA/GRE/TOEFL scores) and representative publications (if any) to Dr. Jun Li (jun.li@umassd.edu). More details of our research can be found on our lab website.
